Sausage Making Workshop
7th August 2023 | 9:30am - 13:00pm
A fun hands-on workshop suitable for young people aged 12+.
The group will create their own sausage fillings using a variety of ingredients and learn to fill and link their sausages.
They will also learn the tricks of the butchery trade from our very talented butchers.
The day includes refreshments, a pack of sausages (which the young person has made) and a hot sausage, chips and salad lunch.
Tickets cost £30 per person and spaces are limited. They will need to wear suitable clothing and footwear. However, aprons will be provided.

BBQ Workshop

A fun hands-on workshop suitable for young people aged 12+.
The group will create a variety of BBQ products including sausages, burgers and marinated chicken thighs. They will also learn the tricks of the butchery trade from our very talented butchers.
The day includes refreshments, a BBQ pack (which the young person has made) and lunch will be supplied. Please inform us of any allergies/intolerances.

Chicken Pizza Workshop
30th August 2023 | 9:30am - 13:00pm
A fun hands-on workshop suitable for young people aged 12+.
The group will create a pizza made out of chicken breasts. A chicken breast will be sliced open to use as a pizza base and add a variety of toppings. They will also learn the tricks of the butchery trade from our very talented butchers.
The day includes refreshments and they will be able to taste their pizza creations at lunch. Wedges, salad and garlic bread will also be provided. Please inform us of any food allergies/intolerances.
