4 Day Butchery Course

Learn new skills by butchering up a forequarter of beef, hindquarter of beef, Lamb and/or Pork over four days to develop your cutting skills and make some wonderful products.

  • Arrive at our fully equipped butchery school in Ipswich at 9am 

  • Health, safety and hygiene briefing

  • Carcase evaluation and meat quality factors

  • Hands on practical butchery taught by a highly experienced trainer who has had many years in the industry
